Bas & J. Cole Head To Little Haiti For “Tribe” Visuals

On Friday (24 August), Bas is dropping his highly-anticipated ‘Milky Way’ LP and the rapper is continuing to prep fans for the release of the project by sharing the visuals for the laid-back single, “Tribe” featuring none other than J. Cole.

From the gentle plucking of guitar strings to the catchy melodies offered by both artists, “Tribe” is a record which carries the sounds of a tropical island throughout and both Bas and J. Cole come through with some fun flows and light-hearted lyrics to add to the track’s chilled tone. The vibrant mood of the record is stretched to the visuals and show the two Dreamville rappers in some colourful fits, getting down with some of the locals in Little Haiti.

“Tribe” is the second single from ‘Milky Way’ to receive the visual treatment as Bas recently released an equally as colourful video for “Boca Raton”, which features A$AP Mob’s A$AP Ferg. Considering the summer vibe both songs contain, we can expect Bas’ upcoming body of work to include a number of other relaxed and bar-heavy tracks.
